Beverage Dispenser Automated Test Stand
The purpose of this project is to design and deploy an automated testing system for beverage dispensers. Currently tests are done by personnel manually handling each sample hundreds of times for tests that can last for hours under high humidity conditions. Our solution is to design and deploy a semi-autonomous system that can perform the actions required to execute the valve testing process via active components that will be able to withstand the stresses as well as required accelerations and movements to complete functions. In which, functions are queued by an external control software that will architect the overall test by queuing the automated stand for the movements to conduct mass and temperature data collections.
