Perspectivism is a topic raised recently and largely involved in contemporary Nietzschean interpretations. This idea emphasizes the perspective of individuals and suggests that knowledges come from certain perspectives and are only valid in their perspectives. Interpreters usually use Nietzsche's early or unpublished works as a reference and intend to understand Nietzsche as a perspectivist who only believes perspective and denies the existence of all kinds of universal truth. In this paper, by reviewing some famous interpretations, examining their works and looking back at Nietzsche's own writing, I suggest a moderate version of perspectivism which addresses the importance of perspective in our process of knowing but not necessarily denies the idea of objective or cross-perspective truth completely.
