dc.description.abstract | SmartPlot is an application that reads and plots the files produced by SMART|DT (SMall Aircraft Risk Technology - Damage Tolerance) probabilistic damage tolerance software. SmartPlot provides users with features such as selecting the data to be plotted, comparing results from multiple executions, and exporting plots as vector graphics in Portable Document Format. This application is based on a Finite State Machine (FSM) that automatically detects the characteristics of the file to be plotted. SmartPlot is written in Java, uses free software, and can be distributed as a Java ARchive (JAR) file that will run on any machine with Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 8. | en_US |
