Living in the House of Usher

This year, we have experience a broad range of emotions in a short amount of time. We have attempted to carry on with daily activities and our monotonous routine when anger, mania, depression, anxiety are all creeping up on us. Much like the main character riding into the House of Usher, we are able to observe these emotions and the dread they will bring us as we walk towards them. I wanted to juxtapose imagery of ordinary, day-to-day activities, hindering those anxieties discussed earlier.
